By placing orders at www.italiahomez.com you agree to be bound by below general Terms and Conditions. Please read it carefully. The applicable language of the Terms and Conditions is the English language.
ORDER PROCESS
Once you have selected one of our products on our webshop, you have to select the color and/or size that you wish to order. The selected product(s) will be transferred to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add To Cart' button. You can either decide to add more products to your cart or proceed to the checkout by clicking on the button, 'Checkout' in your cart. Please, check that your order is correct before proceeding. When you press 'Pay Now' button, you are guided to our payment provider, to hand over credit card details. Please, check everything is correct before submitting. When you have placed the order, you will automatically become a registered user of our site.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After having submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please, check that all details are correct.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the products have been shipped – you will receive the 'Completed Order Confirmation'.
COMPLETED ORDER CONFIRMATION
The purchase will only relate to those products which we have confirmed in the Completed Order Confirmation.
The order confirmation that you receive via email is your invoice. It can be used equally with the 'Thank You' page that is showing on the screen just after you finish ordering.
PAYMENT
We withdraw the money for your purchase when the goods are shipped.
PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
The Italia Homez reserves the right to send orders partly, when ordered products are out of stock. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if ordered items are no longer available in our shop. In these cases you will be notified by email or telephone.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is error-free.
We endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, the colours displayed on your screen can differ from the actual colours, therefore we can not guarantee that your screen displays the accurate colour of the product(s).
The product prices may change over time and we endeavour to limit the number of price errors. We reserve the right to modify prices on our webshop at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders for which we have sent a completed order confirmation.
The pricing currency on our web site is determined as krone. All our prices are including VAT at the rate applicable when your order is placed. The VAT rate can vary according to the EC intra-community rules or other international laws in force. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. All product prices listed on our site are excluding delivery costs. View shipping costs in the cart, there is an option to calculate correct shipping costs.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 workdays from the date the order was placed. Estimated delivery of the goods are 3-5 days.
Please, notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. In case of delays caused by our spediteur, The Organic Company cannot be held accountable.
We deliver orders to all over the the world, however please notice our terms about local tax and check your countries shipping rate when you check out.
