If you regret the choice of your order and want to return a product(s), please, notify us by email.
Warranty & defects
We will evaluate any cases of complaints individually.
When you wish to file a complaint, first thing you need to do, is to send us an email containing a description and pictures of the problem. Please, also attach a copy of your invoice. We kindly ask you to complete this process before returning the product(s).
In cases where the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label by email.
Exchange
Please, note that The Italia Homez does not exchange the returned product(s), but only refund the purchase. If you need another product, please, follow the return guide above and place a new order. For further questions, you are welcome to contact us.
